Veronica is pleased to announce Spelling, a solo exhibition of new work by Bailey Connolly.
Spelling is the first exhibition of Πολύμνια (Polyhymnia), a year-long series of solo and two-person exhibitions initiated by Bailey Connolly and Fiona Connor. The project gathers eight artists who engage drawing as a thinking partner.
Bailey Connolly (b. 1993, Santa Ana, CA) lives and works in Los Angeles. She received her MFA in Sculpture from Yale University in 2023 and her BA from Bard College in 2015. Recent solo and two-person exhibitions include cock-a-doodle-doo at Baader-Meinhof (Omaha), Tops and Bottoms at Iowa (New York), Bailey Connolly & Isabelle Frances McGuire at Scherben (Berlin), and Dresses Without Women at Mickey (Chicago). She recently curated 31, an exhibition currently on view at Iowa (New York).
