trầnsfiguration, curated by Việt Lê, is the tenth in a series of
exhibitions in the main gallery at / (Slash), each organized by an
independent Bay Area-based curator. The exhibition will be
accompanied by a series of public programs taking place throughout
the Bay Area under 500 Capp Street’s Shifting Possessions salon
series,co-presented with Headlands Center for the Arts, California
College of the Arts, and Slash. 500 Capp Street’s Shifting
Possessions salon series is made possible with support from
California Humanities, a non-profit partner of the National Endowment
for the Humanities, with additional support from Teiger Foundation.
