I’m sorry for your loss is a time-based installation about coping with grief. In a plexiglass and steel tank measuring 18ft long, 8ft wide, 4ft high, and filled with dried leaves, robot vacuums meander sweeping the tank at alternating times. At the south end of the tank, a dedicated section contains bases where the robots empty their bins and recharge. By the end of the exhibition, little or no leaves will remain in the tank. Guests are invited to join the artist in scattering the leaf leftovers at a TBD location following the closing of the exhibit. Sign-up will be available in the gallery.
