Common Threads is a celebratory installation of LGBTQ+ Pride at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art co-created by community groups and queer artists around the Puget Sound region. Visitors are invited to experience perspectives of belonging shared by local LGBTQ+ youth and elders, and to reflect on what it means to feel “at home” in a family, community, or museum gallery.
